Our Process

Whether it’s Leadership, Career or Life Coaching our process focuses on 7 major principles to ensure we help find a vision for our client’s future that can be made realistic through well thought out discovery and system integration. Each personalized plan is designed around what’s important to our clients and areas where they may need to focus the most.

1.       Personality, Value & Belief Assessment- Before starting any program we recommend really finding the “why” behind your “why”. Many clients must take more time to discover the real reasons they want to make changes in their career and life. Without this self-discovery step we find that individuals fall back into old environments, behaviors and situations that derail them from accomplishing their goals. In this step of the process we also begin to prioritize our values and understand why we are not having fulfillment in our current state, life or career. By identifying the root cause why our client’s lives or careers are not aligned with their values, we can develop a foundation for our vision setting process, change the status quo and have them believing in the dreams they once had.

2.       Skill Inventory- In our coaching program, we have our clients complete a skills matrix that inventories of what their good at, what they need development in and what tasks they like and hate to do. By finding the intersection of skill and enjoyment we help our clients better understand their purpose and what they were meant to do. This exercise also allows us to understand how our client’s skills can be transferable into other parts of their lives or career paths.

3.       Vision Casting & Calibration- After getting a solid foundation of our client’s “why”, their values and what their skill-set matrix looks like we then partner with them to help cast their ideal vision for the future. By spending time working on their vision, we are able to help calibrate what they really want for their future and start thinking about steps to make this a reality. This process is especially beneficial for clients who are uncertain about what they want to do next in their life or career.

4.       Strategic Planning & Simplified Goal Setting- In this phase of the program, we start doing strategic planning that is aligned with accomplishing our vision. We start prioritizing our focus and discuss sustainability components of our plan to ensure our goal setting is simplified and realistic. We use SMART goals along with a weekly or bi-weekly check point to ensure our clients stay on track and are positively engaged with our plan.

5.       Self-Talk & Roadblock Recognition- One area we also start looking at in our program is what our clients are telling themselves and other roadblocks they’re facing on a weekly basis. Many times our clients self-talk can give them limiting beliefs and can be self-deceptive. By having access to a coach allows our clients to have peace-of-mind when working through their hesitations and fears, ultimately allowing them to stay focused on what’s important in accomplishing their goals.

6.       Integrated Execution- Not only is it important that we’re helping our clients execute on their goals, it’s important to talk about success and improvement opportunities to create a sustainable plan. This helps to build a foundation of setting better goals and taking the right actions that create impact.

7.       Lead Back Learning- The last step in our process is lead back learning. At this step in the process, the client becomes fully aware and self-sufficient, having the ability to teach themselves the lessons that they’ve learned throughout the program. This allows them to have future success with little to no coaching. This empowerment is the ultimate goal of our program and ensures that our clients have the tools and confidence to become connected with their long-term future vision.
